What makes it different?

Some people find it easier to open up side by side rather than face to face. Walking creates space for honest conversation, calmer minds and real human connection.

What Do Your Talkin is all about

The aim is simple: reduce isolation, build trust, create support and help people move forward in a positive way. While there is a strong focus on men’s mental health and addiction recovery, the wider community around the walks, events and support remains inclusive and welcoming.

Walk together

Regular walks give people a low-pressure space to talk naturally, meet others and feel part of something bigger than their struggles.

Talk honestly

Conversations happen without judgement. People are encouraged to speak openly about mental health, addiction, grief, pressure and life’s challenges.

Move forward

The goal is not just a good conversation in the moment. It is helping people build hope, consistency, healthier routines and stronger support around them.

A growing movement

Support that feels human

Do Your Talkin brings together walking groups, events, peer support, signposting, music, art and community connection. It is designed for people who may never have felt comfortable in more formal environments.

  • Regular community walks for natural conversation and peer support
  • Positive events that bring people together in a safe environment
  • Creative outlets through music, art and expression
  • Community links that help people move toward additional support when needed

Take the next step

You do not have to carry everything on your own.

Whether you want to join a walk, ask a question, support someone else or simply find out more, this community is here to help.
